I have been reading a lot about John Wesley since the fall. When I was in California I purchased a little book called Three Simple Rules: A Wesleyan Way of Living by Rueben P. Job.
It is very small but very profound.
Here are the three rules:
1. Do No Harm.
2. Do Good.
3. Stay in Love With God
In the back of the book is a prayer guide.
I am very challenged with this.
